Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is $314/mo for Starter and $719/mo for Professional — 10–20% off. Enterprise is custom. You can switch from monthly to annual anytime from the billing dashboard.
Is there a limit on how many intake forms we can build?
No. Every plan — Starter, Professional, and Enterprise — includes unlimited intake forms. Build as many as your clinic needs at no extra cost; there are no per-form fees and no overage charges.
Can we pay by ACH, check, or invoice?
Self-serve plans (Starter, Professional) are credit-card-only through Stripe. Enterprise plans accept ACH, wire, and invoice-based billing with Net-30 or Net-60 terms. If you need invoice billing on a non-Enterprise plan, contact sales and we'll discuss.
Is pricing per-provider or per-location?
It scales by providers and locations — never by front-desk headcount. Staff seats and intake forms are unlimited on every plan, so you don't pay more for receptionists, schedulers, or billers. Providers (physicians, NPs, PAs, and other clinicians) are capped per tier: Starter up to 3, Professional up to 15, Enterprise unlimited. Locations follow the same ladder (1 / 3 / unlimited). You move up a tier only when you add providers or locations.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
Monthly plans cancel anytime from the billing dashboard — no penalty, no phone call. You keep access through the end of the paid period. Annual plans prorate refunds per our Terms of Service. 14-day free trial is no-obligation; if you cancel before the trial ends, no charge.
